Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) axie88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. axie88 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended, and balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your axie88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. axie88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify axie88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
axie88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by axie88 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
axie88 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your axie88 account instantly or within the timeframe specified by the relevant payment provider.
axie88 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. axie88 aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets (GCash, Maya) within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
axie88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. axie88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on the axie88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. axie88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
axie88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
axie88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.
axie88 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not available to players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
All games available on the axie88 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the axie88 server records, the server records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any game round.
axie88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, axie88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. axie88 will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
axie88 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, axie88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
The axie88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, axie88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
axie88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your axie88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude axie88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
axie88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the axie88 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
axie88 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and axie88 cannot guarantee absolute security.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.
An axie88 account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. axie88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.
axie88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, axie88 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent axie88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
